IV is required by law to disclose this information and it is easily available on web if you are interested.
When I had looked last year, I found that all of it was paid to lobbying firm, CPA, website maintenance, travel. And oh, all non-profits are also required by LAW to have their accounts audited every year.
Those who are really interested may search for it and then also search for those of FAIR and other such organizations and see the difference for yourself. And also try to find out if they provide any detailed spreadsheet to their members (even paid members). (Its easy to become a member of such similar orgs)

That is waht I call luck...Cp filer I guess. But how come many 04 Cp filers are waiting and you got it...Thats USCIS my friends....someone picks up ur application and u r in business...
BTW_ how did calling help...u got the letter same day u called..so everything was done already...OR is there a super fedex (teleporter) service USCIS uses if you call them to deliver the letter to you in 2 hrs...

I am just trying to understand if there was something that could give indication that interview may be in pipeline... Mine date is current in August and case was transferred to TSC (Houston) recently... Not sure what this means though...

Guys- My last employer did not give me complete H1 petition. I only had bottom portion. On that bottom portion alone, I travelled in and out of country atleast 3 times, 2 to India and one to london.
At port of entry I was never asked for complete I-797.
At london consulate the VO asked me for I797 complete. I told him I only have the bottom portion, at which he looked confused. I said to him my employer did not give me the top portion. Hence he said, a photocopy would do. I gave him photocopy, visa stamped without problems.
I think a photocopy is sufficient. Many people have resigned from Wipro on site. If you dont return I797, they may not give you experience letter which you will need for green card.

You should file for I-140 that describes a future position (after your MBA) that has broad job description to allow you flexibility in choosing the right position afterwards.
The leave of absence sounds like a good option (as per Saturnring11) to keep you on H-1B while allowing to study. The internship with your company also seems like a smart option.
As Green Card is always applied for a future job, it is not legally required for you to work with the same employer, same job till green card is approved (you may even be outside of US till your green card is physically issued), the only requirement while your application is pending is that you should have a verifiable offer from your sponsor for the job described in I-140.

HI! Any body please respond my question. My wife came to US on H4. After a year she paid $1800 to a recruiter and took H1B in the year 2004. She got pregnant and couldn't work. Her H1B came with an I-94 and it was valid till Oct.2007. Last May we visited India and went to consulate for stamping. As she never worked on H1B, she was again stamped with H4 and entered into US again on H4. Later she came to know that she lost her H1B status and H1B approval she has is totally invalid. Now again she wants to apply for H1B. Now recruiter is asking $3000. But still we are in doubt about H1B approval as we have the following questions. Any one please advise us.
Her H4, I-94 is valid till Mar.23 2007. She is going to apply for H1 on Apr.2nd as Apr.1st is holiday. Is she going to get H1B approval with out I-94 as she doesn't have approved H4 I-94?

My PD is Sep 2003 ( EB3)
My PD is Nov 2002 EB3. I got a 2 year EAD. So I guess the dates might jump over me and move to 2003 directly :)

I agree that it won't help in the short run...but a WAR is a WAR (trade that is). In the short run, if US is becoming protectionist, then we should be too.

Just try to explain the HR that, you have already filed for AC21 and another filing will only confuse USCIS if there are any differences, and it is not nessasary. Also try to explain that filing AC 21 is optional. I think the companies attorney is just trying to get some work for himself by trying to misinform the HR.
