I completely agree. The only reason I used that term was to reflect their market image when it comes to 'Vendor1'.
The likes of Vendor1 do not work with home run businesses (by the way, it seems every one with a greendcard is entering this business now..so there are thousands of these vendor2's ). The ones who have an office and have been around in the market for a while are considered 'respectable'. The same respect is not reflected in their business practice.As long as you are depedent on them for GC, they will cheat you every possible way.Their relocation policy and bill rate changes at their will.

Your post is unclear about whether you got your green card or whether you are waiting for priority date to go current. If your GC is approved and you were married before approval of your green card, Google "Follow to join" and talk to another lawyer who is more educated about this.

Per my understanding once you have filed your I485, you can file EAD and AP later any time. PDS need not be current for that. So I do not see any good news in it.

BTW I had mentioned earlier that our green card petitions have already been approved by the government. What we are asking is that they grant us our cards and complete the process.
No matter what you or others say, I will stay in this country legally, fight for my rights (whatever they may be), and get a green card and Citizenship and live the America Dream.
This struggle of legal highly skilled immigrants is just and reasonable and we are only contributing to the success of America like many great immigrants before us.

Do we need EAD in hand to invoke AC21?
1) Applied I-485 and AP, did not apply for EAD.
2) After 180 days, can you move to a new company without EAD in hand? I mean H1-B transfer and moving I-485 to new company?
You can either transfer H1B or use EAD. In any case, you are invoking AC21 to keep your I-485 alive.

Two sets (4 emails between spouse and self) of CPO emails on August 7th, welcome email on August 8th. That's it so far. And a soft LUD on August 9th.
We got hard LUDs on August 12th about the "Aproval Notice Sent", received the approval notice mailed today August 14th which was posted on August 12th.
Waiting for the physical GC now.

In the VFS website (India), when you check for appointment, there is an option -- "Are you applyign for same class of Visa which is still valid or expired within 12 months"
Does having a current valid visa makes it easier for stamping (less review and questions ) ?

For most H1 is 6 yrs. We pay taxes , follow laws but get kicked out for the smallest immigration issues. No green cards for us, I understand congress would rather make illegals happy.
After one has been here for 10 yrs. , does US have any International tax treaty with INDIA to give back social secuirty benefits or return the taxes back, if one goes back.
I dont care about GC, Indian govt. must get our social security taxes back at the least. This is a legitimate concern. I guess Indian govt. can take this issue up for sure.

till 31st July i guess it is ok to file to Nebraska , after that you have to file wherever 140 approved . but do confirm with others too

I really wish that Congress falls just short enough to require the support of Left.
