I think the System.Windows.Forms is only for Windows Forms not Web Forms. You want something like
pnSummary.BorderStyle = BorderStyle.Groove;

Man,
I am in a similar situation where Company B just filed for my extension based on approved I-140 from Company A. I have a 3 year extension thru Company A based on an approved I-140 petition from them. I hope my employer will not withdraw my I-140. FYI, I have not filed my I-485.
Now, what is the way out of your situation here? Can someone reply?

My wife did call the National Customer Service Center and opened a service request too. But we have not heard anything yet. We tried getting an infopass appointment but none is available in our area. We will try it again tomorrow. I am kind of surprised how this can happen because in the USCIS database, approval of derivative application requires a check on primary application approval first. This is what I have been told by another lawyer.

illegal waiting at the border = 500 points handed in a platter when you cross the border. 100 additional points per day for 6 days after you cross 50 ft beyond the border.
illegal in the country = 500 basic points + 500 bonus points + 100 points on compassionate grounds
legal + skilled = zero, nada, zilch, legal have been awarded 1 point for every month in the country on compassionate grounds

It's very painful to deal with these guys at times.
I also tried asking a finance broker about this and never heard back...
Have you tried apporaching another bank or some broker ?
(I was intrested to know if the can do a intrest only loan for 125% of current value...I would think no.....but perhaps no one has all the details ironed out yet)
Given a Chance will never deal with WF.. Horrible customer support.. and have bunch of jokers working for them..

I too support idea of getting Attention of Janet to clear GC backlog.
But instead of letter and FAX (protest mode) , I suggest, IV representatives should take her appointment for 20-30 minutes and explain her Administrative problems to her.
If nothing happens, We should start protest, by sending letters and faxes to gain her attention, but I believe first we do professional presentation and explain what are we talking about!
My main problem with current USCIS administrations are
- Out of order processing of cases (In my opinion case processing should be done strictly by PD)
- Lack of transparency to Visa bulletin decision and numbers.
- Better case status report on USCIS website.

I enter US four times this year by using AP, same airport, but different experience. 1st, 2nd and 3rd entry was sent to secondary check. But the 4th entry, the CBP said it's unnecessary for secondary check and fill new I-94 because previous officers are new guys, don't know the rule. I thought 1st entry is definitely need go secondary check.

The program allows foreign students interested in obtaining an education in the United States to complete a visa petition, pay the required fee, and attend a U.S. College or University. At the interview, the student must have Form I-20, proof of payment of Form I-901, financial support documentation, and a completed visa application.
